At Gadgets AI we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's how to proceed.
⏱️ Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
✅ Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and with intact packaging.
- It must include all original accessories and components.
- Returns of products damaged due to misuse are not accepted.
- Digital products and items marked as non-returnable are excluded.
📧 How to Request a Return
Send us an email at sdilsehaj@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (required for defective or incorrect items)
We'll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return address.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect — in those cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
💰 Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
🔄 Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different product, let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange it at no extra cost (except any price difference).
🚨 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
